FHP field note · reviewed 10 October 2026

Three labels to use while searching

To prevent attractive listings from becoming premature decisions, label each candidate “possible”, “evidence requested” or “ready for professional review”. This simple separation makes the search personal to your constraints and shows exactly why a property moved forward.

  • Use “possible” when the property fits the brief but documents are missing.
  • Use “evidence requested” after asking for plans, inclusions, title and current price.
  • Use “ready for review” only when your broker and legal adviser have enough information to assess it.
